Still at same level even though promoted

Hi All

I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue

I was promoted from Level 13 the previous season by finishing 3rd.

My Manager profile states that I am at Level 14 but I am still playing at League level 13,

I reported the issue right at the beginning of the season to Nordeus Support but I am obviously not being understood, I have just submitted a screenshot to the support team hoping they will now resolve the bug

Top of the server and there was a 'hold' on the promoted sides that season to stop some teams from going too far ahead.

Yeah they sometimes need higher level teams to fill out a league so they put them in, you still get access to level 14 players so hopefully you can dominate the league

That would be a nice change...even though I clinched 1st with 3 games to go this season.
