Too many changes all at once, and too much expectation. I will only put in max 20% of the starting lineup with Nordgens or scouts, and see if they are duds and then get more. Both scouts and Nordgens have a break in time, before they can play the big games.
If you want performance right now, get someone's good reliable 29 year old player that they had a hard time letting go of.

Funny how these "managers" think that they should be invincible just because they pay. Now this might be shocking to you but, what if I said that you actually have to know how to play this game?
