New official emblem and jerseys.

I bought today a new official emblem and jerseys on my additional accounts, but I can not send them to this account. official emblem and jerseys of the season 2013/14 can send, but these new I can not. Why??

I believe it is because of licensing agreements; enough Tokens to acquire the Official Item must have been purchased with actual money before getting the Item and sending it as a gift.

I guess that only holds with current Official Items, not out of date ones.
