what happens to my bid?

When I bid for a player in the transfer market, and the count down ends, it say WAIT.. then nothing happens.. what does this mean? I dont find the player, and it doesnt say if someone else bought it.. sombody explain to me please, im new..

No, it was time up.. he disappeared.. that happened twice.. but I made a bid to another earlier and when I signed in back it said in the news that I have signed a new player and so on,, but the other 2 players just nothing.. and the token I used in the bid is not there too..

you probably were outbid on the players that don't show up anymore and someone else got the player.
