They work M-F sort of bankers' hours but they do reply to requests, sometimes it takes a bit aof patience.. This is a seriously bad glitch, though, I hope it gets fixed soon.

This is still happening! I'm nor one of the Ukrainian mafia that gets all the best free players and sells them in 3 hours time, I rely on them to keep my clubafloat. Just had 3 injuries after losing 2 retirees so really need reinforcements...

Had email from support asking for names and screenshots. Fine but I don have them before today so I've lost the players

Aaand... Still not working. I'm writing off the season for my 2* team, who I was hoping to strengthen with FTs. Presumably this is to force us to buy tokens to fund cash transfers. Not good enough, Nordeus!

I signed a free agent and sold him to win 51M. No problems in server 95...

It is a glitch on some servers, not a conspiracy, Bridgy. Since they are aware of the problem, I hope it gets fixed soon.
