    Disappeared transfers

    Hello,

    Yesterday I signed a free agent, but the player never showed up in my selectie. I still have enough room available for new players but I also didn't recieve a news message about this transfer. I know sometimes it take a while before transfers are completed, but so far...nothing.

    Earlier this morning I signed another free agent, but again...no player in my selection. I noticed immediately the token I did spend was refunded (I guess the one from yesterday as well).

    Any idea what happend? I did made screenshot of the player I signed earlier this morning (if you want to see). Some information, if necessary, about the players:

    First player: 18 year old Indonesian AMC/AMR, value 75 million
    Second player: 27 year old Thai (Thossaporn Cha-ok) dc/dcr, value 46,9 million

    Usually you get the player you sign. Maybe there was a connection or server glitch. I have never had that happen! So it isn't a thing that happens often, at least. Delays do happen but those are generally because of clock synch issues or the player was scheduled to play, then you can wait up to hours to get him. Bu your experience is something else, I think.

    If it happens again send a request to Nordeus Support with any screen shots you have, they should be able to see why.

    I play this game now for about 18 seasons and so far this never happend.

    This has happened to me twice in the last 24 hours, when I'm playing on my phone. A new development from nordeus presumably.

    Just happened to me again with a player.

    I allready did send a message to Nordeus, including screenshot.

    I know. Tried it also.
    They haven't respond to my case yet. Expect answer tomorrow. Keep you posted.
