HELP Wanted! Serious Issue!

I have different problem;
my team was level 12, 2nd team in mine career. So far I didn't have any problems, as i progressed through levels, my manager level increased too, but this season it didn't happen. I was manager lvl24 last season and this one i'm still, i don't know why...

This is not a bug, that feature works this way:
- if you takeover a club that is lower level than your manager level, your manager level won't increase until you get to club level larger than you manager level. In other words your manager level is the highest club level you ever had.

Trick is that it used to work. I was manager level 16 when I took over new team (from level 4). Until this season I didn't have any problems with manager level progress.

I have the same problem with Manager Level without ever change my team.
I hope this to be a temporary problem.

With your last sentence you mean that this was just changed?
Please confirm this is only applies to whom takes over a new club or also in my case? Because i suspecting it does.
I am club level 40 and i have to be manager level 47, i have never took over a new club, i have never lost a single season promotion, as i was promoting i was advamcing in manager levels but being in top of server the league levels were sometimes repeated, ok with that, but what you are saying now is that this changed and i have to wait until my club reached L47 and my Manager Level will froze till then?
If this is the case and that is not a temporary problem, it would be unfair for the continious progress and promotions i have made, it was not my fault if leagues were not created every single season and the game itself contained this Managers level goal. Progress is the main and maybe the only goal lefted for high level players who are many times repeating club levels and had aqcuired enough trophies, i am sure is just a temporary bug and soon will be fixed, suddenly subtracting 7 seasons promotions and progress cant be true.
