A player losing his quality? How did it happen?

I saw on a friend's team that several of his players have lost quality? They were Q 136 or 137 and they are now Q of 135. And actually all of his team is Q 135 now, some players increased their Q to 135, but some decreased so that they are all equal at 135 Q now. How on Earth did that happen? I am on my 26th season now and had not seen a player's quality decreasing. Has there been a change to the game or a new update which makes it possible to equalize the quality of your squad players or perhaps it's just a glitch?

It can't be because of the new season. And getting old or injured and losing quality because of that? I don't think so. It doesn't make sense. It's really strange. I've never seen players decrease in quality before.

yesterday, my squad was change quality, I dont know why! may be it is the top11 erros!
My team is still level 10, before my team have the avereage quality is 58.1, yesterday it changed to 64.3
most of squad had changing quality, some of them increase quality, another decrease! ex: quality 43 -> 69; 34-> 52, 69-->52, 64-->52, 34-->52, 18->51, 69-51, my only scout 74 ->69 !!
a little problem, my token was changed from 93 to 90 !

top 11 give happy to all player in the world
I am in a country that home lueague in not English, and I am not good at english, I dont know post that thread in where, but I hope some of you can see, understand what I say and help me

No, it was not temporary. His team is all equal with scouts at 135 Q today also. I'm starting to think that it's some kind of cheating, but I cannot be sure. Obviously the aim is to have a squad full of scouts by decreasing the quality of several of your players. But how it's working, I have no idea.

Last 7 days I buy player from auction with 159 skill level and yesterday this player skill decrease to be 157 level as pictures. Not only this player but all players are decrease 1-2 stars.
How to solve these problems, please advice.
