Bugs or Issues in the new Top Eleven 2015

Since the new update 2015, the game crashes every time I'll try to do something. Loading/starting the game is not a problem, I've got the latest version... Can anyone help me with this?

I've noticed skill points on my newly bought players are being assigned skills that I have not chosen. Nor do I have the option of choosing them. The attack button is the only button selected.

Hello, in training I have a player who had 65% condition.
I trained him, his condition now is 0% and i didn't receive any skill points!!!
Is that a bug or something?!
I'm in the 12th level and he has four stars (74) and he is 26 year old!

No, he is slow trainer and he is old too (for training).
You can watch the progress of gaining in the blue bar. So, he needs few more, to gain his sp.
As I can see the age of your players, it doesn't worthy to train them. Most of them are middle age so the risk for an injury is big for the gaining they can get and you have few packs.
I suggest if your players are rested, play a friendly game and win packs too
