That's what I can not understand

Why someone log in for first time in the forum ...
making a post/thread about the qualification of CH.L. ...
uploading 6-7 images ...
while there are so many posts (and answers) in the forum about that ...
* there is another post, 2 lines below this one and about one in every page of the forum
adding also the face in the question ...

suppose that reading some rules/guides/articles of the game
or using "advance search" button putting "Champions league rules", is too much

There should be a 'Read First 'Sticky here with the key articles for these common things....Losing stars and Champions League being the 2 prominent ones.
