Red card and 12 players?

During the game my player notice yellow card, to avoid next one I changed immidietly him but on highline I notice that player wasn’t changed but get second yellow and red card.
This was looking like this.


And this was strange because when I back to team menu I had 12 players not 11.
Also sub player after match lost condition, but like U see on first picture sub wasn’t made.
So I was playing with 11 till the end or 10 players?😂
