Red card and 12 players?

During the game my player notice yellow card, to avoid next one I changed immidietly him but on highline I notice that player wasn’t changed but get second yellow and red card.
This was looking like this.


And this was strange because when I back to team menu I had 12 players not 11.
Also sub player after match lost condition, but like U see on first picture sub wasn’t made.
So I was playing with 11 till the end or 10 players?😂

Hey brolly, does the player you subbed on appear in the match report? This sounds like an instance of the client becoming unsynced with the server. Let me know when you have a chance.

I was playing today's match with 12 players. It's some bug probably.


As you can see, I got one red card and still 11 players on the field.

I guess is a visual bug... the sub is set but should not appear in the live simulation...

Hey again brolly, when you get a chance, do you remember if you saw 12 players on the formation screen? Was your sub there/the red carded player in another part of the pitch? Thanks for the help.
