Of course, but Support keeps records and can actually directly fix some things. We do report things but Support is the place to get help with issues in the game, from the company. This is a community of other managers like yourself, Support are employees of Nordeus.

I don't see any issue with this - if players don't age and the Contract length doesn't alter then we get to keep them longer and don't have to spend dosh on re-signing them or replacing them...

what about my situation ?
Is there someone with the same problem ?
Not only I have a player that was supposed to retire in the end of the season and not is still in my team....
I finished 8th and still you changed my level.....
I wanted to stay level 29 and now I am level 30 with players 4 stars instead of 29 and players 5 stars .....
If championship starts it will be difficult to change this and one more year will be loft for me.... not to mention I dont have tokkens to purchase better players....

Finishing below promotion does not guarantee you will not be promoted, if there are not enough teams for even draw, high quality teams from level below can be promoted to fill the draw. This has always been the case, and is more likely to happen in upper levels where there are less teams.

Of course its an issue. I chose not to renew 7 players contracts as they are down to 3/4 stars no use for playing at Level 41 and champions league. Now these are stuck in my squad when they should all have left. I have to pay 40-50 million to get rid of them when they should have gone for nothing. I effectively now have a 15 man squad until this is fixed. Totally unfair!
