Ever some times, when i try to increase a moral of some player, i see that

It might or might not be a bug but its not something new. I have expirienced it several times even before the latest updates.

yes but don't bother.
If your player has good or above, don't give him booster.

Not a bug. Some players are hard headed/set in their thinking and one session with the psychologist is not enough. Tap +1 again and his morale will go to Superb. I usually leave such tough nuts alone. "Very good" is good enough to play. Spending 2 morale boosters to go from "Very good" to "Superb" is not worth it.

And it's not new, I have seen it from the day I started playing.

sparklinginsilence, at old version i never see that. With new version, every day atleast one of my team players can't increas a morale with 1 points for 1 level.
ponzu, i have a possible to upgrade my team max fitness and morale! Really i hope that i help to my team to play better :P
