I use the game on my iPhone as well, and it works fine usually. Every now and then i need to manually turn off the app and restart it so it will connect again.

I will write the exact time the next time it happens and i will share it here - as far as for today the game works fine for me.

When it doesn't work on the computer - it doesn't work on Facebook and neither in topeleven.com.

to me it is happening everyday in the evening, from hours 16-17 to 22-23

Try to update your flash player, try to log-in via personal computer insteed of a public one or try to logg-out from any mobile device......

If none of this works, you better contact nordeus......but most of the time it's the computer you're working on the problem
