Urgent - Won an auction at 17 token - Player didn't pop on my squad.

I don't know if any admin saw the thread, but i tried to open the game twice after this and the player dint't pop up, but at this moment i got the pop up like 10min later.
So player is on my squad now.
About the delay try to check what was the cause for this problem.

Sometimes there's a delay if the player is currently playing a match with his former club

In the future if you suffer from a similar problem, just contact Support using the ingame Help button (question mark "?", next to Settings button) so they can directly check your team's account and verify what happened
