Is not 14 players or more to be able to sell or sack, the text is wrong, you never can have 13 players.

He's buying, not selling.

That seems like a bug or maybe... just maybe

The selling manager might have sold some other player in his team through negotiations and now he only has minimum no of players left in the squad...so he can't sell and u can't buy....and the negotiations tab might not have refreshed for u....

Then the sentence should've read...the seller's squad doesn't allow him to sell or sack a player....

As it is a rare situation... Top eleven might've not created a pop up like that..so something else popped up..but this is just a theory......

I can only buy scout players but if I go to auction or nego. They keep sending me this I already reported it to nordeus but for now I cant buy anything I already got one scout but im not going to spend all my tokens on scouts I have tried different players but nothing changes I cleared the catch/data en reinstalled the app this sucks I need new players for my team and I need them now
