App reinstallation will not harm the progress of your account. Don't worry.
Some additional info on the subject:
A Top 11 account can get erased ONLY if it is played in guest mode (available on mobile) and IF a fabric reset is issued on the device.
This is because when an account is created via Guest Mode, the data is stored locally on the device's IMEI. To prevent this from happening Nordeus added the option to link a game account to several social networks.
These are:
Google+ - Only on Android devices
Apple Game Center - Only on iOS devices
Facebook - Only network that is crossplatform-compatible - You can log in on ALL platforms if your account is linked with a Facebook profile.
And in order to link an account to any of these, simply have to start Top 11 and:
1. Go to the "Settings" menu
2. Then switch to the "Accounts" tab
3. And chose any of the two available link option (Both for that matter)
