    Video problem again :(

    Hi managers and Nordeus

    I'm facing video problem again, it started Thursday or Friday, every time click/press to watch video for red/blue/green pack, its try to load the video then fail to load and give "error" message, if I click/press again then its says "There are no offers available... again later." Strange I didn't see single video yet for the day

    logout, login, if manage to see one or two then start error again

    logout-login, logout-login ...
    its taking years to farm

    anyone else also facing same problem yet

    I asked Nordeus about this issue....and they said that it's not their fault and advertisers are responsible for it and they can't do anything about it.....I've been facing this issue since the update.....see their full reply in screenshots

    Hey guys, we are aware about the issues with some of the videos.

    We've been collecting data on the matter via the forum and the support channel thus the issue was brought to the attention of the appropriate offer providers and we are working with them on getting the errors fixed.

    But what the agent explained in the ticket Sherlock140 opened is absolutely correct - The Availability of the offers is decided by their providers.

    Offer availability is different from, inability to load a video, crashing/freezing of videos, etc.
