Hey Kundan,

We believe that there might be a technical issue between our support system and the Android 6 Marshmallow - we'll be updating and will be resolving this pretty soon. (Perhaps you are also running on this Android version?)

In the mean time I would like to manually open a ticket from our support channel with you Kundan. In order to do this I will require you to PM me:
1. A valid email address to which to forward my message
2. The User ID of your Top 11 account - find it in the "Settings" menu > then "Accounts" tab.
3. The screenshot evidence for the offer.

When you send me the required details I'll open a ticket with you and we'll proceed from there.
