No 2X option available for training

I'm constantly shifting between Android, IOS and Windows.
I received the 2X offer today for 2 trainings.

My ipad constantly crashes in the videos for some reason, only in this game

I'm constantly shifting between Android, IOS and Windows.
I received the 2X offer today for 2 trainings.

My ipad constantly crashes in the videos for some reason, only in this game

Me too (cept Android). Could this be the cause for the hang-up? Anyone else that shifts a lot have this problem?

The thing is, I have tried to clean cookies, delete the game and reinstall and what not. Nothing changes though, so it must be on the other end...
