No 2X option available for training

My 2x bonus also stopped working for me this entire past week. I had been keeping my training at 10% with no problems, and watching videos every night. But now I have no 2x option and am having to use a load of rest packs to be able to reach 10%.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

My problem lasted a few hours on saturday morning… first time ever I`ve had a problem & it was everyone that had the problem
