The issue stems back all the way back to 2012? o.O (Thanks for the screenshot btw)

Have you ever tried to load the game through a friend's computer or through an internet cafe or something of the sort? My idea is - Have you tried to log in to the game from a completely different internet outlet?

Also, do you have a mobile device that can run the game and if so have you ever tried to play Top Eleven through that device? Are there any issues with loading the game there?

Another reason might be your computer. The game may not be able to load up because of insufficient system resources. Not enough unallocated RAM for instance - At the moment the game requires at least 2 gigs of free RAM to load up properly. Furthermore the fact that the old version actually works also leads me to suspect that the issue might be the machine you are trying to run the game on. :/

What are your system specs?
CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.
