Are you experiencing the issue on mobile or on the web Arya?
1. If it's on mobile, try clearing the app's cache and data (if on Android) or delete the app completely and then install the game again.
2. If it's on the Web, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Also try loading the game through another browser. The supported browsers are: Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Opera, Safari.
Try loading the game both through topeleven.com and facebook.

Hm. So the game simply stops while you are still at the loading screen? No error message or anything?
Can you please use this link to the old version please, and see if that one loads up for you Arya?
with the older version it works, for both ( your link and fb ) but in fb it doesnt open, i tried to reinstall both browsers and reinstalling flash player, clearing history. but sometimes it opens in Play Top Eleven - Free Online Football Manager Game likely once in 10 times

Arya, please take a screenshot of the screen when the game halts it's loading process.
It happens most of time. today was a bit good but. since 2012 im playing it, with different computer and restarting stuffs, it didn't happen. i waited for a moment then it opened. but
this is first time,i have no idea why

Have you ever tried to load the game through a friend's computer or through an internet cafe or something of the sort? My idea is - Have you tried to log in to the game from a completely different internet outlet?
Also, do you have a mobile device that can run the game and if so have you ever tried to play Top Eleven through that device? Are there any issues with loading the game there?
Another reason might be your computer. The game may not be able to load up because of insufficient system resources. Not enough unallocated RAM for instance - At the moment the game requires at least 2 gigs of free RAM to load up properly. Furthermore the fact that the old version actually works also leads me to suspect that the issue might be the machine you are trying to run the game on. :/
What are your system specs?
CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.
