Gifts on Android

i've been having this problem for a while on the android phone where i click on to receive a gift, and the game crashes. this will happen 2-4 times. any reason for this, or has this been brought up before?

Most days mine crashes on 2-4 gifts, with a restart each time. Yesterday all 4 crashed it. Green packs and skills are most frequent crashers for me.

that's a permanent bug.
I think it started before 1 or more year, with free support between different servers.
