After todays bug with the "not-getting-rests" issue, I was getting a tip to open a ticket to Nordeus.
(After the tipsender complained he was getting 50 greens)
Support responded to me with 25 greens???
Why one dude gets 50 and another 25?
I mean: I am friendly, cute and did not vote for Trump either.
Now, with no more jokes: why?

2 different support people helped each of you, with no explicit policy instructing them how to rectify the issue.

But Barry, I know you aren't complaining about being given 25 tokens? How many will get nothing?

In any case, nobody here can have a good answer for you. I think this thread will just fill with complaints now, making 2 for this no rest issue.

Ok solved then? u find the fail as me when had the win bonus applied and did not remember that FA bonus and Friendly bonus are the same and I played a friendly vs a 1* and I paid 15M to win and be in negative balance---- xD

Not trying to shut your thread, Barry. Just wondering what you're hoping for making this thread?

Do you think Jeeves, managers, or staff has answers that support doesn't?
Wanting other managers to join in complaint to more publicly shame Nordeus support?
Another reason I miss that distinguishes this thread from the other on no-recovery issue?

PS- I'm one who gets 0 tokens when reaching out to support, had same issue last night.

I think you are taking my thread too serious.
I dont want to shame anybody, dont want jeeves or anybody else to reply.
I just spoke my mind...and indeed Nordeus should have a policy for this.
Nothing stays a secret on internet, so different refunds neither.
And Nordeus made this glitch possible, so its normal they make it up to us users. It will not harm them to give everybody 50 greens, they will survive

Already filled a ticket after i lost 17 rests suddenly during that period while i was away, still haven't got all of them back lol....though they went up by 7 from 5 to 12 since then...
