Bug or ...?

Today on my cup match I was using 3n-1-3n-2w-1, when I lead 2-0 (home, won 5-1) I change it too 3-1-5-1 formation against ND, my dmc suddenly got a red card, don't understand why, there were no foul call, no free kick for oppo too. Right after that my screen showing I don't have my centre dc on his position, he is standing on mc positions right beside my mr and that mc is missing, so switch to another screen and drag down my dc to his right position and mc show up, its like dc were standing top of that mc, now screen asking me to save the change but I didn't make any change; anyway as soon as I click 'save' a pop up comes and saying 'connection lost ... reconnect' ... mysterious ...?

End of the match here is another mysterious, look on my screenshot at the bottom, I don't have any player like that and I'm not assigning any new position for any of my players. Even it's says out 120' min but my game ended 90' min, also I don't have that high lvl player (not clear for me it's 8 or 9*). My ml+aml+st got MoM and that 'new label' player also got MoM ...?

Is that a bug or new way of trolling for next match, as my dmc is the best player of my team and he can't play next 2 matchs, which I'm playing against higher lvl team with 7* + 8* players

Sorry to hear about the hindrance you encountered.
We are aware of an issue where the game loses connection when you make a change in the formation of your team and click 'SAVE'. Apparently it also can affect Live Matches. We are currently investigating the issue.
