Again bug in Association matches

My team lost 4 matches in the first round on WO and in the second round we won 4 matches but didn't reach the final because we was one score short. If we would have won, we would advanced to gold division. Now it's not sure... Really bad when things like this happend!

My team (wst fc) was the stronger team. I have some players out for loans but they aren't in any team.

i have won the federation match yesterday night at half final. so the score of the federations became 14-14. becouse of this we have played penalties. and again we won 4-3. but then system gave problem and this morning it shows the match finnished as 0-0, and we are going to play 3th&4th match. but yesterday we won it. we must play the 1th&2th match. can you please correct your mistake..

I passed with the same scenario, and I haven't any problem, the algorithm of top eleven make difference with penalties.
I didn't understand your issues, maybe u need to be more explicit

The same **** happened to us a month ago - it was all even after 12 games and the last game went to a penalty shootout - we won it but then something went wrong ) The correct score disappeared and we were kicked to a 3D place matchup. Asked the support WTF is going on, made some print screens of correct score - they said they are really sorry and bla bla bla, will fix that but can't do nothing with our matchup for 3D place..... so as I see they haven't done nothing since that))))

Excuse my question since I don't answer yours.

How are penalty shootout taken? Does the captain play it? Does every team play them? I never understood what happens in case of a complete draw.
