Transfers/Auctions = I'm disgusted with the auctions!

I'm disgusted with the auctions! How is it possible for a class-5 player to be admitted to Level 22 managers to bid on auctions? For clarity, I apply several photos!
Pic 01. transfer auction for player Jacub Jiracek 5 stars/91% (252) and 3 managers for bid: TC Ayrhan Aslan, Diego Patriarcha and me/Alessandro Nesta/
pic 02 and 03 show the level of all 3 bid managers: Aslan 22 lvl, Patriarcha 33 lvl and me 47 lvl.
pic 04 show when the bid is finish and Aslan 22 lvl was buy this player Jacub Jiracek 5 stars/91% (252).
pic 05 show how player Jacub Jiracek 5 stars/91% (252), ever is quality 1 star, 1% (182). OH, MY GOD! I cry...





why is possible this?!

When i try to sale some my player, the game sho me this: "This player is repeatedly offered for sale until sold"

This player is younster from my school. Iven 23y or older or youngster i saw this msg "This player is repeatedly offered for sale until sold"
i ask it, why?
