Same bug for me on Chrome. Not on Firefox. It happens with hidden drills, those on the far right of the menus. For instance for "attack": slalom dribble, 1-on-1 finishing and wing play.

Club: FC Lomagne
Level: 33
Current Season (44): League (ON STRIKE), CL (N/A), Cup (In - Quarter-Finals)
Previous Season: League (11th), CL (Final), Cup (Last 16)
Had this bug twice since yesterday. Also on Chrome.
I'm sorry too, did not read your answer before; anyway, it's not happening all the time, sometimes.
Thought I'd write about this as well hah.
I am able to reproduce the issue on Web every single time.
Here's how it goes - I got to Drills then click the right arrow to see the rest of the drills and then try to pick up any drill card. The card bugs out while trying to stick to the cursor as per usual. Eventually it just sticks to the screen.
So I'd reckon its the right arrow of the drill list that's triggering this issue.

It can also happen on the left after you scroll back from the right.
