2X bonus videos have not been showing up for 4-5 days on my account, I opened a ticket but support insist on "demographics, account history" things, they have been sending me typed texts over and over again.

It's happening here and there.
In my main team it was many months before.
In my reserves it was before 1 week and my other reserves it was before 3 weeks.

Hi Antonio!

Video adverts are distributed by the service of offer providers, and just as support said these providers show offers based on different demographics such as region account history and other according to their interest. So the amount of offers may differ from player to player form day to day.

The thing that I can suggest you try is to switch the platform from which you play and/or try to switch the internet connection from Wi-FI to 4g or try to connect to a completely different Wi-FI.

However, even if that doesn't help, you will be able to see bonus videos again soon. Thank you for your patience!

The X2 bonus can happen if you have two teams, same country, same device, same wi-fi/internet connection, same IP .
One team have it, the other not. Both have available videos for greens or other packs.

For a few days now i am not able to do the double training feature (2X) its just not there anymore. I have videos to watch but only from the booster purchase screen. Is anyone else having that issue?

Also every day i used to be able to watch some videos to improve players condition or moral for free then i would use boosters. Now i cannot do that. I have to go to the buy boosters page and watch the daily free videos there!!!???

What is going on??
