Association Chat broken?

I am trying to access the association chat, whenever I open it, it just says "trying to connect to surver" and then nothing happens.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Can a moderator reply to this?
Nordeus please fix this **** as it is unacceptable. This is one of many bugs, if this keeps happening I may have to find a game with less bugs.
