Youth Academy does not work

I have carefully watched my youth academy twice not give me any players. I've played for about two months so I'm not really sure if the youth academy is supposed to give me the option to sign two new players or if it is supposes to add them to my team automatically. Either way the youth academy is not working for me, I have not been presented with an option to sign any players nor have I seen any new players added. My team is also not full so I know that isn't the problem.

As you see in the print screen below, I'll had two new players in ten days.

Let me know what's the message you got in your academy.

Yeah, my Youth Academy is Level 5 and when the timer ticks down to zero nothing happens. The timer just resets and I don't get any new players.
