Didn't Khris suffer the same problem? Sorted it by playing from phone?
Although it has to be said that playing from a mobile device guarantees nothing from ad providers at the moment. Between my 2 teams I've had 6 videos so far today thanks to a video which refuses to play, and which after 3 attempts shuts down the app on iOS. This video has been in the loop now for about 5 days, I've seen someone else complain of the same thing here in the forum.
No point in contacting support. No way of contacting ad providers.
