You only can connect to the game with smartphone or in the PC, right? If you are logged in PC you can't login in smartphone at the same time. You need to close/logout the game in your computer and after that you can login in the smartphone.

You just need to logout from your facebook account from PC, after that you can login in your phone with the same facebook account.

My final suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall the app. If it does not fix the problem, please contact the support and explain what happens and attach the print screen with the error that appears when you try to connect to the game.

I found a problem on the phone I had facebook lite and could not teach me to continue a blue button so I compiled an Android on the computer and then I removed the original Facebook to the phone and thanks everyone I lived! LOCK
