    Can anyone explain the screenshot
    I coouldnt understand the average quality of this guy as im seeing alot of others players as well with same average quality !!!
    Is it a bug in game or really they are so powerful teams ???

    You are lvl 3 he is lvl 11 ,that's why this big difference.

    I completely understand your point.
    But i have seen players on level 5/6 with the same avg team quality of 200+ and with the budget in billions in their account!!
    Dont u think if they are using any cheat to get all of theri squad with almost full stars!!

    If you have some example as you 're saying, upload a screenshot.
    Might someone +3lv above to have a +200% team (for you) but not billions.
    Also check in what League is he playing.
