Do not appear facebook friends to send game invitation

I need some help.

I added new friends to Facebook but have not yet installed the game. Only they are not showing up to send the invitation inside the game. A few friends appear and many others that I had before, also do not appear.

I already sent for support has 3 days and nothing so far!

Has anyone ever experienced this?

I added new friends to Facebook

do they have TE teams or not ?
If yes, you can't invite them.

Do you see their profile in the game ? the small icon in friends list ?

How many TE friends you have ? maybe you are of the limit.

Maybe they have some settings in their fb profile which block your invitation ?

Yes, I only had a google play account, but I created a Facebook and linked it.
