I understand administrators do not care about the problems of the players. It's obvious that administrators of the game do not care about the players. I'm sad to say this but it was the last straw. I and ten of my friends are leaving the game forever. Disgrace to the game's administrators

Personally I find in game support a waste of time. So many bugs and issues these days they are overwhelmed. I feel sorry for the admins and mods on here who try their best to help with their hands tied behind their back. Well done for taking the flak with dignity

well, I 've been 4 years here in the forum and never seen that before.
So many bugs gathered in the last month.
Some times I 'm also disappointed that many people join the forum only to express their anger, their problems or bugs and nothing else.
From one point of view, you 're trying to welcome and help them. from the other, I guess I need to explain again and again the same story.

- TE games cannot be "undone"
- You must send a report to get the usual compensation of 10 token + packs after few days.
- This is a forum for member/players.
The presence and help of some adms from time to time is an "added" value.
It's not here the support.
