I'm looking for Answers

Well I've bit my tongue long enough it's time for Nordeus to put it's member first.
first thing i want to say is the mobile support team is a absolute joke and they need to start listening to what people ask rather than being very lazy with copy and paste answers. Some of the replies i get you would think i was talking to them in a foreign language.
Some of them don't have a clue about the game or what you are even trying to ask them.
I still have unanswered questions from over 2 weeks ago (yes they are busy especially now but 2 weeks is a disgrace)

I'm sitting here today with a boatload of bugs (yes i know it's not just me but I'm speaking for everyone here)

I like the game
I have TopEleven addiction
I spend many hours a day on here
so in a nutshell i put my effort in. i try my best to compete.
but I'm starting to think why am i doing this when the game itself is not giving me back my efforts. they take my money yet don't give me the service I'm looking for.
I'm not a moaner, I'm not a person who will jump on something that goes instantly wrong and start saying throwing my toys out the pram.
Al i want to do is play the game.

Bugs:
1.Home Attendance Bonus It's been over 2 weeks now and still my home attendance bonus is wrong. all my home games are full attendance.one day i get 1% then 2% other days 0%. (I have contacted support they say its a visual thing only. Okay if it was a visual thing only why does my total possession bonus only read +8 for the home team is that only visual too? )

2. Adverts My game is dieing because of this. I was buying tokens i was getting my full quota of 25 Greens 5 Morale. This season i have bought no tokens and suddenly my Ads dry up. coincidence or something fishy going on?
What makes it funny to me is i can get morale packs with ads but rest packs no and no i didn't get my full amount for the day.
I would like someone to come out and explain the situation on these ads from Nordeus but for some reason they keep hiding away in the corner with no explanation. If i can't get them fine i will hold my hands up. what i don't want to do is keep coming back every bleeding hour to see if i can get 1 rest pack. I don't want to download previous versions, I don't want to press this to make this other thing happen. I want it how it should be by simply pressing the rest icon and receive my Ad watch it and get my rest pack.
tell me the answer please CAN I GET THEM OR CAN'T I i don't want to run around in circles all day it's like playing the crystal maze in finding a green pack and when you get one its like gold.

3. Games are still not playing at the correct times (I think everyone knows about this one)

Then my new one for today !

4. Stats pages not showing and crashing my game





If this is my laptop so be it but I've never seen them before.
but I'm 99% this is a game issue rather than mine.

Other than that everything is fine today lol.

I would like a Mod or Admin to get someone from Nordeus to come on the forum and explain some of the members problems because mobile support is like talking to a brick wall and my grass grows a inch before i get a reply which then is usually answered with nothing to do with what i asked in the first place.

We need to work together on this and Nordeus its time to come out and give us some answers.

I totally agree with you.

There's a lot of issues that require some clarification from Nordeus.

On one side we see a move towards game which requires (more) money to be able to play it:
- changes in the training system require more resources to train young talents to an acceptable level
- since the last update there are much more moral boosters needed than before. Even for players which score a hattrick the moral drops
- a new International Cup event which costs a lot of resources in the preparation phase which doesn't give anything in return
- viewing ads for free boosters doesn't work any more

These are issues or changes which don't impact the game play directly.
If properly communicated that this is the way to go for the future then it is up to us to accept it or not.
But at least inform us about it and do not ignore all the support tickets and questions in this forum and facebook.


Secondly are the issues which do impact the game play
- games are not simulated
- games are not simulated correctly
- future games are simulated beforehand
- connection issues
- server failures
- A lot of old bugs which are still not fixed
- Every new update more and more bugs are introduced

These are issues which do impact the game.
There is no support (apparently Nordeus has over 170 employees)
Bugs are not fixed
Results are not corrected
Also here is a lack of communication

This game is getting unstable and can't be trusted anymore.
For a game which requires daily attention this is killing.
It's no use to invest time in a game which you can't trust.
Please give us an explanation as it seems now that you really don't care about us and that this game is coming to the end of it's life cycle.

My advice: cancel the International Cup and focus on the existing application.

I am waiting for almost 10 months and the support team hasn't solved my issue,so good luck with that!

Thats the problem mate nobody follows them up. then when you chat to one support member the next time you get a reply it will be off a different support member who doesn't have a clue what you're talking about.
if some support member is dealing with a problem that support member should follow it through to the end not pass it on to someone else who has no clue.
I'm going to have test tonight.
Im going to go into support and say i want to buy £1000 pounds worth of Tokens but i can't find the button to do it.
I wonder how long i will have to wait for a answer.

I feel exactly the same. Same video issues as you know. I don't think it's a conspiracy due to you no longer spending. Im having issues and don't spend. It's purely a bug and nordeus are so overwhelmed they cannot cope. Communication and support completely broken. I rarely contact support these days as their response is so slow and inadequate. They don't understand me. I have an unanswered ticket over a week old.

They should cancel next ic and future development and stabilise game and bugs.

I've decided I will sit out next few seasons spend 0 resources. Play assos with friends for fun that's all. A break of sorts. No videos. Enjoy real life. Less frustrating. Check it out again in 2 or 3 months.

i have question regarding negotiation
1)when we give offer to another manager e.g for player market value is 12M 9Tokens to bid so if i want to increase only cash. why tokens too increase...? i read somewhere in forums it's tax...? can anybody explain me regarding the increasing tokens while increasing cash.
2) some times i want that player so i offer manager tokens 8-15 but he is non active or he reject my some tokens are lost...? why
I'm level 7 manager previous seasons i waste too much tokens so I'm buying players negotiation so can anybody explain me about my doubt it will be very helpful.

1) Regarding wait times for tickets being addressed - as I expressed in the thread some weeks back, the recent accessibility issues caused the queue to jump considerably as you might imagine. This has caused a delay of a few days - sorry about this, but this is to provide each ticket with an answer.

2) Prioritization of issues - tickets are responded to in the order they are received regardless of topic. In this case with the quick reply, Siddas received an automated response letting him know that we will address his ticket as soon as we can, but due to the delay mentioned above, it may require a longer wait than usual.

3) Reply - When there is an issue that many people are facing, at times mass replies are used to address the fix to as many as possible at once.

We're very much focused on finding answers to the issues that are raised here. I'm sorry that it may take a bit longer to receive an answer.

especially the issue on Ads i would really like an official explanation on why things have currently dried up.

I think a Forum group message would work alot better than trying to reply to everyones ticket.
we simply add our bugs on one page and they come back with a reply on what they can answer.
bit of a mess really as they obviously can't handle the backlog of tickets and most of them will be asking the same thing.
kill a 100 birds with 1 stone would work don't you think?

That's a fair question, Siddas. Regarding videos, I don't have much new information I'm afraid, as it the same system as its ever been, which is that offer providers have criteria on when videos are shown. Believe me, as we see increases in Managers asking about them, we always look into whether something could be causing issues. I wish I had more to reply with.

Regarding the Forum reports, that's a good shout. We've been trying to do something similar with sticky posts regarding issues that are affecting lots of Managers at the moment, as in some cases with threads it can be a one-off for one Manager. But I'll try and put up similar threads with known issues more often (hopefully not too often. :) )

I had a support message I submitted over a week ago. No response. Now when I go to ? there is no sign of it at all.

Sausy can we have a communication to say these are the issues we acknowledge and are working on with an update on when to expect a fix. For example videos or matches not getting played or lost connections amongst the many bugs. The silence is damaging as much as the bugs themselves. People need to see that nordeus acknowledge the issues and actually care about it's users.

Player value 12m + 9 tokens. Yes? All the tokens go to Nordeus! The team you are buying from receives 0 tokens.
So when you increase the monetary price you are prepared to pay for a player you have to increase the number of tokens you spend.
If you bid ( for example) 2 tokens + money (and money becomes unimportant at higher levels) you as the buyer will be paying 2 tokens to the other manager + 2 more tokens to Nordeus (tax, if you like) + the original 9 tokens Nordeus takes for brokering the transfer. Total cost to you 13 tokens. Nordeus taking 11. And 2 to the other manager.
Negotiations works better at higher levels, but still Nordeus are a little greedy.
Having said that, with the current auction system, negotiations are often a better option. Trick is to find active managers who will sell for a small profit.

thanks for clearing my doubt. Previous season i spend 40 to 45 T on single player opening day of season. So i have stop now bidding wars now and 2 days before by negotiation i signed player with ST/AMC/AMR with special ability for just 17 Tokens that's very cheap for current situation of auction it would go at least for 45 to 50 Tokens in auction market.

i have heard that by bidding also token increases..? if you have to up the price...?

Many issues after the International Cup update.

In these days there are very few videos for the rests; Nordeus has introduced international Cup, has changed system training, so we need more rests, instead we have no ads.
I have noticed frequent connection errors, also during the matches; when I decide to make a sub, often pass 20 minutes in the game to see her.

Today and yesterday, during a match, at the end of the first half the game kicked me out of the live, because the match was finished ?!?!?!?! I could not follow the entire second half.

As already written of someone, every update increases bugs; old bugs are still not fixed and there are new ones. Troll results are increased, game engine penalizes more who follows the match that absent managers.

Today a new bug, I can't tank my supporters.

This game is getting unstable

My question is: Do I still have to invest my time in something that gets worse day by day?

Yup I can agree on troll results. I take care of my team on a daily basis and I've only won 1 game in my League this season, as if I had abandoned my team. Never in my 5 years of playing this game have I felt like the time invested was absolutely useless. Teams I should easily win against smack me 3-0 with 0 reason at all. Is there something we're not aware of? Players with high stats not performing?

NORDEUS just proving more and more that they're just a scam company. Years before they used to partner with companies that would scam players out of their money against tokens, that they'd never receive. When you'd open a ticket on the subject, NORDEUS said they couldn't do anything about it, "big whoops and thanks for the cash!".

Tbh, the more patches the games gets the worse it becomes. You're giving us new aesthetics that make the game confusing on the user side and you bring a truckload of bugs to go with it. You're so incompetent it's baffling. The game used to be much more simpler before and so much closer to actual football. It hurts to see this game go the direction is going. You deserve to have your game boycotted and NORDEUS go bankrupt. Listen to your players and stop being greedy ****s.

My experience when submitting tickets hasn't been to bad. They have responded promptly and politely. However they also seem to lack common sense. For example one time I had a 3-1 association win buy nordeus screwed up and their database had the result as a 0-0 draw and they didn't award me any points for the match, not even 1 point for the draw in their database.

My big concern currently with the game expands beyond the game. If nordeus can't properly handle game development, can they properly secure my PII (Personal Identifiable Information)? I can only assume if they are defecient in one area, they are deficient in others. So can hackers easily access my credit/debit card #, e-mail address, password? This stuff can place gamers in serious danger online and considering how badly bugged this game is, i have serious doubts nordeus is capable of protecting our personal information.
