that is because version 7.1 has millions of bugs. you need to uninstall it from your android phone and install version 6.8 here :

i did it last night and got my 30 rest packs straight away.
until nordeus fix issues don't install top 11 from google play cos you will just end up with the 7.1 version again.

not for me
yesterday, using the latest version I got about 25 vids for the X2 and some greens and after that I also got 4-5 with the blue button.
So it was little better from the day before.

Whatever are the reasons you can't get the latest period, it's the same with the latest version too.

Yeah, not a single one. Tried 2 accounts, various devices and have cleared the cache where possible and still nothing.

I have asked them why this is, the told me previously that they wanted all players to watch as many videos as possible as they get more money, but I don’t think I will get a response.

They need to sort this out as our morale is dropping faster than the players.
