Can i start a new game, from 0?

I try to start a new game to play with some friends from lv 1... But my Facebook, cannot permit that. My old account is vinculated. Someone can help me

make a new fb account and tell them to invite you to play TE

I created a new account using Google Play signature. can i be invited or, invite them as friends or i need a FB to do this?

With fb you can do it for sure.
With google I don't know, didn't try it.
