Hi, I was in the international Cup Final. I was guaranteed to win at least 1 player with a loss and then guaranteed to win 3 players if I won. Well for some reason the Final was to be played after this new season started. But once going into the app it doesn't show the Final is to be played. What to do?!
So I’ve played the international cup as france and at the final I was suppose to face germany today at 19:xx(can’t remember exactly), but today when I log in all of the sudden it’s gone and when I enter it said that the international cup is finished, I didn’t get any rewards...
...help?
I am having the same problem. My international cup final is suppised to be tomorrow at 11am or something. It has disappeared and i didn't receive anything.
Same problem to me. I suppose to final today at 18pm but now it said that international cup is finished. And no rewards
Oh.... c’mon my third IC final was going to be today at 16.34 pm -3 GMT. And now its finished. No final, no rewards.. not 3rd star for me.. please fix this issue because is really sad for all the ppl who suffer this bug.

Im very upset, my international team, Singapore is suppose to play Russia in the Final on Monday, 02:00. But today is SUNDAY, when I log-in, the International Cup is re-setted. What happen to my awards if i win? or, even if i lost the match, I still get a 2nd place reward. Where are the awards to give international players to my club?? Please fix the problem..feeling super upset.
I'm having the same problem- I went on today, and saw that it said the IC had finished and I was just sooo confused & disappointed. The finals- between me (Portugal) and Brazil, were supposed to be today, Sunday at 12:12 pm est, so after thinking I just thought I had made the mistake of thinking it was at 12:12 PM when maybe it was at 12:12 AM, I was still confused though, and I eventually realized I hadn't gotten my rewards! Even if I came in second, I should have gotten the reward, but I didnt receive anything
I'm very afraid because the final of the international cup is not ended. The final of my team Argentina vs France was programmed for today at 14:25 and now the cup was ended? Please fix the problem or bug, because I need the rewards of this tournaments. If the tournaments was ended I didn't receive anything.

Hello. Today and I have such a problem. My team from Greece at 7:30 pm was supposed to play with Ukraine in the final. I was hoping to win this final and get a prize for it. But this morning I found that the International Cup for some reason ended. What is the problem? Why were not we warned? And I want to get a prize that would have won, since the team from Ukraine was weak. Return the final or we will receive a prize in the form of a prize that would have won in the finals (the form of the national team and three players) Who knows the answer?
I qualified for the International Cup final and I should play it today, but now it shows me that the cup ended already and no match is available. Will this be fixed ? The prize for the final is quite important.
I just logged in this morning and have the exact same issue. This needs looking at. To put the effort in to get to the final and not even have the opportunity to play it is extremely frustrating.As the OP pointed out, the rewards are substantial for winning this match. Why schedule the final game but then remove the competition?

What happened to the international cup? I have reached the final and was about to play the final game tonight but when I logged in today it kept saying the international cup has finished. I was not rewarded anything, not even one player. I haven’t wasted time to reach the final for it to disappear without me getting anything :/ any words about that admin? I’m pretty annoyed actually because I been playing this cup for days to reach the final to win players for my club and at the end I get nothing :/ :mad::mad::mad:

Same issues. Was supposed to play the final but it says it’s finished. 100% going to delete the app if the cup has finished all of a sudden and I don’t get rewarded my players. Didn’t waste time for days for nothing

I'm new to this whole top eleven thjgn, I only just advanced into level 2. But the international Cup I was in, had the finals tomorrow, now in the new season the international Cup is in some weird preparation phase. It's almost like the international Cup finals were delayed too much and were put after a season reset? I was very certain I was set to win aswell... Any help?
It’s the same with me ! I woke up today to find out the international cup is no more ! I recently came back to the game and this was going to be my second one l( having won the first) I was suppose to play in the final this Sunday evening ! I could’ve really used the players! My last game was on Friday In the semi finals, why the delay until Sunday if you’re going to reset it ??!
rewards from international cup not received! last night my team played the final of the international cup! I neither received notification about the outcome of the match not the corresponding rewards!! where are they? if I don't get my rewards then I will stop playing this game Immediately! I worked very hard on archiving the final of the international cup.
I have the same problem as well. Very frustrating, especially as the game could have been scheduled for Saturday to avoid any problems with the season reset

Same issue with IC here. Already planned purchase of new players according to IC final results and been waiting for todays day so bad. Please fix this asap as championship league games and new season games are still rolling on, and we dont have our new players which may drastically affect our gameflows.

I went back on today, like twentyish minutes before my game was originally supposed to start, and it worked! The finals game was back, I got to play it, and I got my reward.
I Won the tournament but when I confirmed which players I want, it didnt give the players or any type of reward
I didnt get to play my cup final as it was in the new season and it shows the cup is over any way i can play it or atleast get the finals loss reward if not the win???
