Serious problem with injured players

This is the current condition of my players, I've healed 2 of my players with health packs, and 1 of them healed on his own (the ones with condition lower then average).
No rest packs were used in the process.

He was at 95 condition before the game, and he played on his natural position.

Injured for 5 days.

Six injured players now:

2x3days
2x4days
1x5days
1x6days

And how many more will get injured in the next 3 days?
