    Haven't receive MY TOKEN

    Hi admin. i haven't receive my token yet since yesterday while the notification already delivered to my handphone.

    I lodge a report but seems like to people bother to answer that. What is the use of customer support?

    Besides, how long will we actually have to wait to get the token after the transaction confirmed??

    Please answer A.S.A.P. This rather disappointed.

    **If it takes longer time to proceed, just mentioned at the payment area, instead of waiting for nothing**

    Thanks, actually i already send email to nordeus support since yesterday but they don't even assign to a operator??

    What else i can do except waiting...

    check if the transaction is really successfull, i mean check if they already take ur money from ur balance..
    im afraid the transaction is failed even there was a confirmation message, and they have return ur money..

    or if u want to do anything else,contact this Forum Administrator..
    i think they re have more access to Nordeus..
