a screen capture of what u exactly see can help... still, this would need help of someone more experienced. I just can try to guess or figure out the problem and suggest you some posible solutions as if it was my case but, no more sadly....

still exist the option of a reinstall of the windows 10... (as posible solution) or check out, if you have a nvidia card, its drivers or to check out the directX version....

But really, I cant suggest much more man...
