Substitutes bug in friendly match

I did all the substitutes, the applied as you gonna see at the pictures below but they didn't register at all. I realized in half time, closed the game, reopened it and then I saw that I had the starting players with the formation I changed after I applied the substitutes ������

Edit: I can't add the pictures, I'm from phone in desktop mode, second time I encounter this, in mobile version the Devs forgot to include the "add picture" button...

It happened to me too, in a King of the hill match. I made 2 subs and changed attack to flanks before the break. The players who were supposed to enter the game were grayed out, but the subs never happened. I also play on mobile.
