    Game reload each time i get on a manager's profile

    Hi,

    Since today the first day of the new season , each time i try to view a manager' profile , it opens and it reload endlessly ...
    I had to close the app then ...
    I try many things like clear cache , make update , desinstall and install top eleven and even facebook .
    But the bug is still active .
    I try to contact the help center but have no answer from them ...

    Hi Kaizer,

    I've tried to re-create on iOS and web browser and I am able to see Manager profiles. Can you please provide more info on specific device/where you're trying to access a Manager profile in-game?

    Hi Sausy

    Both android app from smartphone and tab do the same bug ( samsung s7 and galaxy tab a6 )
    Both samsung device with latest android version .
    But when i play with another account it works perfectly ...
    So i think about a problem with my main profil ...

    Can you try one thing for me Kaizer? My guess it is has something to do with special characters in your club name (the stars in your case). Can you change your club name and try again? If it is working with your other clubs, this is my theory. I can refund you the token after you try.

    Ok i use 5 Tokens to change my club name , it doesn't work.
    I'even try to change my association name , it doesn't work...

    It is very strange , i am the only one reporting this kind of problem , i mean on the forum , maybe not at the custommer service .
    And the customer service didn't reply me yet ... it makes 3 days i contact them ...

    It doesn't work meaning you can't change the name? Or doesn't work meaning it doesn't fix the opponent screen reconnections?
