Are you playing via the web version or throught the mobile app?

If you are playing the mobile version, try reinstalling the app as a whole, and for the web platform please try:
1. Clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're using.
2. Try using a different browser to see if the issue reoccurs.
3. Try loading Top 11 both through topeleven.com and facebook.com
