Team have not enough players?

There is something strange happening into the league where my kid play.
One team didn't have played this season.

When i klik on the results (all lost by 3-0) to see stats i get a popup message saying one of the teams haven't enough players to play,and it's all the season like that,my kid played the first game against him and it was already like that.
But when i check this team i see 28 players,so how it is possible?
Is this a bug or......

No. It's tanking. He is training his team to under 20% so he can lose. That way the team wont show up - too tired to play, giving the other team automatic win by 3:0.

Hun yeah maybe,but he didn't played Cup or CL too then because he have only 9 player on the field , strange

No, there's no min of condition to play a league match... in training yes but.

correct, I ve played some games with red condition.
Something else happening.
I suspect a visual bug that showing 28 players but there are only 14, some of them with injuries.
