Won the league but no tokens from association

Just received an message from support saying we did maintenance yesterday so your tokens must be back by now ( that would be surprising only messaged today ) if not don't worry we are doing more maintenance soon and they probably will come back then ! They have no interest and are of no help !

Same here guys but we can only wait. Of course this virtually loss has affected the game.

This happened also in the past for me but in that time after sending the ticket they immediately gave me back the tokens.

My association are in gold level 1 , I finished 7th in my division , therefore I am due 50 tokens that's how it works simple you would think , nope n tokens have arrived. I've checked with my association they have there's , so a simple answer why haven't I ?

Despite the fact that at this moment we can’t give you a concrete answer about your case, we would like to take the opportunity to remind you that there are two main criteria to get FA token rewards:

1) You must finish the League among Top 8 ranking
2) Your Association must remain in the same division or get promoted to a higher one

We will work on this report further so we make sure such experience doesn’t happen at the end of this current season.
